If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it simply email or telephone and we will refund your payment in full,

if you have received your item and you are unhappy with it you can return it to the address above within 14 Days from receipt of your order. Providing the items tamper evident seal is intact and the product is in a re saleable condition we will issue a full refund including our postage costs.
