This herb has shown antimicrobial activity in a number of studies. Researchers found Origanum vulgare oils were effective against 41 strains of the food pathogen Listeria monocytogenes.

Oregano oil is rich in many vitamins & other nutrients that can enhance the immune system. This is the reason why oil of oregano is efficient in conquering candidiasis. It doesn’t just eliminate the candida fungus but also strengthens the body so that it can combat the infection.

Add two drops to some warm water, rinse, gargle and swallow twice daily. Our oil is in a 4:1 ratio, with organic olive oil as it is far too strong to be used undiluted.
