Preparation instructions. Add 15-20ml to hot purified water or your hot beverage of choice once or twice daily. Rinse around the mouth to achieve sublingual absorption and mix with saliva which is a digestive enzyme and will ensure complete assimilation.

A relative of ginger, the green pods of the Cardamom plant also known as Elettaria cardamomum, are packed with tiny black seeds that exude an intense and very distinctive aroma. Numerous Indian dishes have long incorporated these seeds. It is an ingredient of the famous spiced Indian tea known as chai.

Why Herbal Extracts?

Macerations use solvents which may leave harmful residues in the end product, most tinctures contain alcohol which is a systemic poison. Also, they often contain only one active ingredient neglecting the fact that nutrients work synergistically in the body. Our qualified Herbalist uses only our own zero ppm quad filtered distilled water, all equipment used is stainless steel and our herbal extracts are bottled into steam sterilised UV resistant pharmaceutical grade glass bottles, which obviates the need to use preservatives of any kind. Take care not to touch the inside of the neck of bottle or lid against anything or return decanted herbal extracts.
