We add organic lavender oil to our Rest Aid - Lavender oil is well-known for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties.
Shake well before use. Massage into the skin on desired area. May take few minutes to absorb. Use on damp skin after the shower or bath, before bed and after exercise. When used topically, a tingling sensation may occur. This will subside once fully absorbed
